Rabbit workspace: restrict edits to work-agent docs

Added a global workspace rule requiring Rabbit tasks to use /Users/jay/work-agent/rabbit and limiting all repository edits to its docs/ directory. Marked other repository paths and the alternate checkout as read-only.

Verex workspace: allow docs-only edits

Extended the global workspace boundary to permit edits in /Users/jay/work-agent/verex/docs/. All other paths in the Verex checkout remain read-only.

Changed the Quick Slots and unified transaction-content-floor items from important/new to black done markers across the catalogue and generated detail-page navigation. Updated the aggregate and Blockchain completion counts to match.

Added six blue important items for x402 retry semantics, ERC-4337 bundler/paymaster dependencies, private-RPC visibility, Safe extension authority, WalletConnect session permissions, and Foundry invariant reachability. Scoped each as a small application, service, library, or tooling experiment backed by primary documentation.

New PoC details: complete bilingual copy controls

Expanded all six new detail pages into full parallel English and Korean sections. Added language navigation plus working Copy English and Copy 한국어 controls with a clipboard fallback shared by the pages.

Blockchain items 23–25: consolidate discussion and repair ordering

Moved the RPC-view item directly after items 23 and 24, marked it done, and renumbered all 95 Blockchain entries continuously across the catalogue, detail headers, sidebars, and pagers. Expanded the three detail pages with the current EIP-8198 eight-second draft correction, the exact EIP-8131/EIP-8279 floor mechanics, and risk-based multi-provider RPC policies in full English and Korean copyable sections.
